So...How is my life..

My life is Gggrreat, wanna know why, well first let me give you a recap of what has actually been going on in my life, First and formost shcool is fine i learn something new everyday wether it be concerned with school or something out of shcool. Oh and im over the death of my pet, it didnt take me that long to get over it, maybe like a week..but i had time to reflect on the good times that i had with him and other people and in the prosses i became good friends with someone who is now my boyfriend..Hi babe, im telling the whole world...Just so they know im with you..ok..i hope its ok with you..Anyways because of him im the happiest i can be with him or when im not around him, either way im happy but im happier when im with him..although i show it more when im not around him..lol .. ok..well tahts it..laterz loserz

I Cry For You and I Miss You

20 Minutes ago i had a pet.
20 Minutes ago my mom decided to clean my pets cage.
25 minutes ago i saw my pet.
20 Minutes ago my pet escaped from his cage and became dog food.
20 minutes ago i thought about feeding my pet in the morning.
20 Minutes ago i had a pet.
I wish i could take those 20 minutes back so that none of this would have happened to my beloved pet.

To my pet....I will always love you no matter where you are....You'll always be in my heart and i will mourn and cry for you everyday, until the day when i may be happy again. I thank you for the time you spent with me and made me smile. I cry for you now with all of my will. The tears i shed for you are real and only for you. So long my beloved pet...I will always have you in my thoughts....I know it might seem over dramatic to cry for a bird, but i really loved this bird...I had had him since i was 7 yrs old and now i have lost him forever....I hope that he is a better place....There is no one to blame im sure it was his time to go and i hope God takes good care of him until i can take him back one day... In the mean time I only ask for comfort....

How do you deal with friends and family departing and leaving you behind?

Im undecided about how i feel. I dont know, wether i feel happy or sad, maybe i am sappy. Well why you ask, because i am sad for myself but happy for others. I dont want to be selfish and be like why did you leave and why arent you talking to me anymore, but i realized that everyone has to move on, i have to move on even though i am stuck in a little glass box, just waiting the day when i will be able to escape or when someone will help me out. But anyway, im happy for those who have helped me along the way of my troubles and i am pleased that most are doing fine, i dont know your current state of matter but i can feel it in my heart that you are ok. I am happy for those best friends that i had last year although you all have left me but i can understand the reason of some of you. One of my best friends left to pursue his carrer as a pianist, and although i am sad about him leaving me and not talking to me anymore, i understand that he had to go and i have to move on. I thank him for showing me what real friendship is all about. Although it may seem that him leaving me behind is not considered real friendship but what most dont know is that i encouraged him to go, i supported him all the way, even when he had doubts, i made him see that people here would be fine without him. What he did for us was good and were thankfull. You know i have never had a real bestfriend, who stays a best friend for years, yeah i know thats sad, but i have never met someone who stays my best friend forever. Oh well, i guess friendship comes and goes, but family is always family. Even though sometimes having a best friend would be better than having a family. Just Kidding.

Deception is one thing that i have lived with all my life. I dont know how to move away from that and i dont think i ever will learn to let it go.

Well most people live thinking of tomorrow, im not saying its a bad thing but people have to live in the present.People have to stop thinking so far into the future because if you dont you forget to live in the present, and that leads to failure because you dream of what can be and what you want to be. Again im not saying thats a bad thing but try to live in the present thinking of one day at a time. You might live happier that way because you dont stress over what you have to do in order to become that which you want to be so badly. Take my thought and advice into consideration.

Acadec & School

Which one do I put first, School is the basis of my future and Acadec is the challenge of the success of my future. What should i concentrate more on? Its hard, right now i've beem puting school work first and not study for the tests in Acadec so im really behind, i mean way behind. Im like number 32 out of 35 people, 32 is my rank. Im not used to being ranked so low i was used to be in the top ten or fifteen. Im so stressed as well, uh. Anyways i dont think im gonna be able to handle both for right now, maybe when i get used to it i will do better on both, im worried about both because it affects me either way. My grades will fall either way i put it. Unless i can begin to manage both. Anyways i got to go, but Mr. Locke if you read this, give me some advice as well as you Lozers who care about me.

And We're Off

Well the cowboys won yesterday, so im happy for them. Anyways on to another subject. How many of you have been hasled with homwork, and with chores, until you die and your hands fall off??? Well i have, sort of, my teachers hassle me with homework, and my dad hassles me with having to do tortillas for him everyday. I mean everyday... I sometimes cant finish my homework because i have to make tortillas for him. Well enough about me. What about yall. Im boring i know. So i havent talked to Olivia in a long time and i just talked to Bogar this morning. So it really hasnt been a good start of the year. O well, thats what i always say..SO write to me and tell me that i suck. Peace hommies.

Well So I miss My Peeps

Well I miss my peeps that i was very close with, like Olivia and Bogar and Manuel. Well as most of you know that Bogar went to Booker T. so now you can stop asking ME where he's at. And my best friend Olivia is still here at SHS but i dont see her very often because i dont have her for any classes. Oh and Manuel, God nows where he is, i know too but i dont want to say. Moving on i miss Mr. Locke who is gone and will never come back permanently, but he will be at SHS on Wednsday to teach Economics for the people in Academic Decathlon, wich is going rather well for me even though i dont have very good scores and am one of the lowest ranks right now, i know its sad but im trying, its really hard because i have too many things going on, and have become very moody as well. Oh and i have too many things too study, you know i thought that geometry was hard but it really isnt, well at least right now it isnt. I hope to my peeps again someday on the same day at the same time in the same place and that we may be happy with our outcomes which i know that many of us are not, i speak of this because of what i know, which i will not say what i know for someone else's benefit and my social benefits and purposes. OOh i should made that sound intelligent by saying many things that really make no sence. Well i got to go.

I'm Back

Hello Chicos y Chicas, and all of my buddy's, Im Back from Veracruz!!... I got back today, which is saturday, i got here at 7 in the morning, we rode all night so i could be here before school starts and so i could rest. Hope to see all you guys next year, well except Bogar, he says he wont be going to Sunset anymore cuz he was accepted to Booker T. Washington. Anyways i didnt bring anything for memories only the ones that i have in my brain that i will never forget.

Oh and this is to the Anonymous person, who are you?? Why do you choose to be anonymous and not fess up and say who you are??...

Hello Kitty

Well you guys, Im happy, cuz i got a new puppy on Sunday, she came to my house and we fed her and she's outside in the fromt porch and she doesn't want to leave. I think she's cute, i've already named her Daisy. She likes bitting my moms flowers. She's very hyper too. But my parents say that we cant keep her. I think we should because she is a very good guard dog. She barks at people who get near the house and chases them away until they are a block away. I laugh when she does that. I hope i get to keep her. What do you LOSERZ think??

Isnt This Pretty

Well this is in spanish and there are supposed to be pictures attatched but i guess they didnt want to come out. Well if you read spanish enjoy. If not well then too bad, i wanted to translate but it would take too long.

¿QUE ES EL AMOR?

En una de las salas de un colegio habían varios niños. Uno de ellos preguntó:
Maestra... ¿qué es el amor?
La maestra sintió que la criatura merecía una respuesta que estuviese a la altura de la pregunta inteligente que había formulado. Como ya estaban en hora de recreo, pidió a sus alumnos que dieran una vuelta por el patio de la escuela y trajesen lo que más despertase en ellos el sentimiento del amor.
Los chicos salieron apresurados y, cuando volvieron, la maestra les dijo:
Quiero que cada uno muestre lo que trajo consigo.
El primer alumno respondió: Yo traje esta flor, ¿no es linda?
Cuando llegó su turno, el segundo alumno dijo: Yo traje esta mariposa. Vea el colorido de sus alas; la voy a colocar en mi colección.
El tercer alumno completó: Yo traje este pichón de pajarito que se cayó del nido, hermano: ¿no es gracioso?
Y así los chicos, uno a uno, fueron colocando lo que habían recogido en el patio.
Terminada la exposición, la maestra notó que una de las niñas no había traído nada y que había permanecido quieta durante todo el tiempo. Se sentía avergonzada porque no había traído nada.
La maestra se dirigió a ella y le preguntó:
Muy bien: ¿y tú? ¿no has encontrado nada?
La criatura, tímidamente, respondió: Disculpe, maestra. Vi la flor y sentí su perfume; pensé en arrancarla pero preferí dejarla para que exhalase su aroma por más tiempo. Vi también la mariposa, suave, colorida, pero parecía tan feliz que no tuve el coraje de aprisionarla. Vi también el pichoncito caído entre las hojas, pero... al subir al árbol, noté la mirada triste de su madre y preferí devolverlo al nido.
Por lo tanto, maestra, traigo conmigo el perfume de la flor, la sensación de libertad de la mariposa y la gratitud que observé en los ojos de la madre del pajarito. ¿Cómo puedo mostrar lo que traje?
La maestra agradeció a la alumna y le dio la nota máxima, considerando que había sido la única que logró percibir que sólo podemos traer el amor en el corazón.
Sabes, esto me lo envió quien me enseñó, que el amor no es Tomar, Arrancar, Capturar, Forzar, Ganar o Perder.
Amar es llevar en el alma, es Recordar, es Disfrutar, Amar es ser LIBRE Y DEJAR LIBRE.

Saturday The Busy Day

Enlightened By Words Of Wisdon- This will be my new saying!! Besides Smile and Be Very Happy!!

Today is my Dad and My cousins birthday. My 2 aunts and my mom and I have been making mole and tamales ( the ones that dont have meat inside them) since 7 am. We just finished right now and we are very hungry. Oh and i made two cakes as well. One is a Carrot Cake and the other is a Cinnamon Cake. There both good, i had to refrain from eating the dough before it was baked. Anyways if you guys are reading this today you all can come over and eat some too. Im serious, if you read this tomorrow or the next day well too bad cuz theres no more. Loserz. Im gonna go to church later because i didnt get to go in the morning cuz i was helping, but hopefully i get to go a little later. Oh and Tomorrow, Sunday 3rd, my church and i are having a car wash at the Taco Bueno place in wyinewood. I ask that you all take as many cars as you can to get washed, we are charging as much as you want to give us that is over a dollar. Please stop by and let us wash your cars. We will be there from 9 am to 4 or 5 pm. It depends how many customers we get. Please take some dirty cars with you.

Oh and Bogar have you checked your email or are you just not going to respond cuz you have nothing to say. And when are you home, from what time? Cuz when i call your not there or your busy.

The Weekend

My weekend was fun!! On Saturday of corse i went to church and planned what i am supposed to do in the morning in church two weeks from now which is nerve wrecking cuz what i have to do is get in front of the church and direct songs and stuff, the nerve wrecking part is that i get very nervous, i've had to do this before but it was in a different church and i was about eight years old.

Anywayz on Sunday, man do i want to talk about Sunday, i went to Hurricane Harbor with my church, i got a sort of weird tan because my arms are darker than my face and my legs, anyways my feet hurt because i was walking around barefoot and some parts of the floor were wet and hot and others were just plane hot. So in stepping on the concrete that was hot and wet it made my toes kinda get caleses. (however you spell that) Anyways my parents were with me there and i didnt really spend time with them but they had fun too, they helped my friend's parents' by taking care of the little girl who cant walk to go swimming with them with floaties on. They had fun, I guess. They were telling me (my parents) that when they wanted to get out of the water, the little girl didnt want to so they wad to stay in there a while longer. In there i mean ( the lazy river). It was fun i got on every water ride, i was scared at first because you have to go to the top of the rides and im sort of scared of hights but i still did it anyway.

I'm Tired and Not Having Fun ( for right now)

In short terms, Im bored. I got nothing to do but read. Well not really. Today i went to church from 6-9 like i have been every day of this week. Today was supposedly fun because we were riding pony's, i feel sorry for the pony's cuz they had to cary people for simple pleasure. Anyways, yesterday we had two water slides and we all got wet. On tuesday we had a clown and the day before that we had three moon walk thingy's, i think i had the most fun with the moon walk thingy's cuz we were in there pushing each other and punching, kicking, well you get the idea. Anyways tomorrows the last day. I first get to go to the park with my aunt, we get to go play games in the park with my aunts coworker children, swim in the pool, etc. Then i get to come home get ready for church and rehearse two lame songs that we have to sing with sign language. When i sing and move my hands with the song i feel stupid. I feel like when I do that its for little kids. Anyways we get to eat dinner there and well be outside as food for mosquitos and other bugs. My arms and legs are bitten, they look like as if i had chicken pox. It looks creepy. Anyways I got to go.

Its Summer

So its summer and most people are partying and out of town, except for me. Im lonely at home, im finally at my house!! My parents came back from Mexico and im really happy. But its really boring to be at home and not be able to do anything but cook, clean, and watch tv and once in a while talk to some close friends. I wish some of my friends would come and visit me at my house... See ya, Peace out, Have fun.

I Don't Wanna Say Ggoodbye..Yet

Whoever said that this is the end, they were wrong. This is sort of the end for a new beggining. I know that i will miss each and everyone of you but i know that i will see some of you in the summer and next year as sophmores.

I dont wanna say goodbye yet, but i will only sya it temporarily. There are so many things unsaid and so little time so I'll be brief. I want to thank a couple people before i say goodbye.

I wanna thank Mr.Locke for being a cool nice teacher that made learning fun. I remember meeting you in the summer and telling myself that i wanted you to be my teacher. I will never forget you or the coca cola dance.

I also want to thank the following people:

Olivia- for being one of my best friends who showed me how to have fun.
Bogar- for being there when i needed you and for being one of my best friends that helped me with my good and bad situations.

Grendel

So Grendel is a pretty good book, i liked it because Grendel has a mind and thoughts. Im actually in favor of him. I know Mr. Locke, we're not supposed to be in favor of a monster that eats innocent people, but you can't argue that the good imagery descriptions of the bloody gushy dead bodies isn't appealing.
Lets start a creative discussion people, in other words a debate over who's in favor of who and why. Anyways to the book.

"I Knew, in those days, only my mother really looked at me. --Stared at me as if to consume me, like a troll. She loved me, in some mysterious sense I understood without her speaking it." (17)
This made me feel sorry for him in a sense that he's lonely and only his mother loves him.

" I understood that the world was nothing: a mechanical chaos of casual, brute enmity on which we stupidly impose our hopes and fears." (22) This is a motif in the book. Grendel always speaks of someone having mechanical characteristics. " they moved like one creaturehugestrange machine" (155)

I like chapter five because Grendel meets The Dragon, which tells him to do what ever he wants because it doesn't matter. I love the philosophy of the dragon. Which is to live life as you please without thinking of consequences. " Things come and go. Thats the gist of it. In a billion billion billion years, everything will have come and gone several times, in various forms." (70) What the dragon is saying its "meaningless", it's "a swirl in the stream of time." (70)

In chapter six Grendel notices that the dragon put a charm on him, he couldnt be defeated with any weapons, but that was soon to change when Beowulf came from the Geat land to slay Grendel. Beowulf told Hrothgar that he would fight with Grendel without any weapons. And may the best fighter win. I think that Beowulf was trying to be fair, because Grendel has the same power as Beowulf and it wouldn't be fare if Beowulf fought with a weapon. They both have the strength of 30 men in each arm.

Too bad that Beowulf won the fight and kept a suveniere. But in a way i believe everyone thinks that Grendel deserved to die because of all the people he had killed, slaughtered, and devoured. "He has torn off my arm at the shoulder!" (172)

What i dont like is that in Grendel, Beowulf is described to have wings and can blow fire. I dont think that was not correct for John Gardner to detail something that was not in the book beowulf.

I love how Beowulf makes Grendel sing about how hard the wall is as Beowulf is pounding him towards it.

Beowulf

Beowulf is a very complicated to understand epic story. At least it is to me.

Hrothulf is the King and Grendel is the monster who is destroying the kings town and Hall.
Grendel is destroying the kings hall and eating his men because of something that he heard from the shaper. The shaper said that Grendel, a monster descended from " Cain's Clan." And Cain bis said to be cursed by God because of what Cain did to his brother, this pissed Grendel off.

Then Beowulf hears of the problems that Hrothgar and the Danes have on their country and comes to solve them. The Geat hero announces himself and explains his mission. " We belong by birth to the Geat people and owe allegiance to lord Hygelac." (260-261) He also says, " We come in good faith to find you lord and nation's shield, the son of Halfdane." ( 266-268) Hrothgar recognizes Beowulf's name and approves his arrival. " I used to know him when i, was a young boy. His father before him was called Ecgtheow." (372)

Then after he is accepted they have a feast get wasted and fall asleep. After that Beowulf tells Hrothgar that he will fight Grendel, but he will give up his sword and shield. " I herby renounce sword, the heavy war-board : hand- to- hand is how it will be, a life- and -death fight with a fiend."(436-440) I think that this sounds a little too cocky because Grendel can take 30 men in one grasp. I think that Beowulf sounded too sure of himself, which really helps sometimes. After Beowulf says this Hrothulf tells him if he wins he will reward him. "This is my hope; and for his heroism I will recompense him with a rich treasure."

" but the troops leader was not inclined to allow his caller to depart alive: he did not consider that life of much account to anyone anywhere" (790-793) To me this quote tells me that he's stingy is a sort of way, not wanting it but not wanting anyone else to have it.

Then after Beowulf fights Grendel and takes Grendel's arm as a suveniere. He goes back to his country. Time passes. Beowulf rules the Geats for fifty years, " the wide kingdom revealed to Beowulf. He ruled it well for fifty winters, grew old and wise as warden of the land." (2208-2210) I think that his confidence and the love of his people helped him succeed to become a good king.

So how many of you took the Academic Decatholon Test? I did and i thought the math part was hard because i forgot everything i learned for the past months that we've been in school. Sunday

On Sunday i had one of my Church friends come over and eat. So i had to clean the house really early in the morning. I was tired but i guess it was worth it. My friend came over ate some menudo that my mom made, i didnt eat it because i dont like it. She hung out with my brother because she likes him but my brother doesnt like her, its sad. Anyways later on that day my cousins came over and invited me to go to the Dallas World Aquarium, i would get in free because my aunt has a membership card. So i went and i got to see many fish and birds who i wanted to set free cuz i dont like seeing animals caged up for entertainment. But anyway i got to see flamingos, a panther, and a cheeta. I liked the panther the best, it was black and really big. The bird that i like is called a Macaw. I have one its blue (a real one) the one i saw was red, i was telling my cousin that i was gonna get that one next. Anyways this is what i did on sunday.Hope you wern't too bored.

Hi

How many of you are high off life? Hopefuly that's all your high on. Anyways so how did TAKS testing go? For me it was pretty boring because we could not do anything but sit there and be quiet. Only until 2 something could we talk. The only day that i liked was Tuesday because i got to get out of my boring class and go to the class right accross so i could supposedly watch a movie but instead i was talking to my friend who says she's a wild monkey to my liking, oh and Bogar too. We were making jokes and talking and we were pretty much entertained until we had to leave to 3rd pd. So yea that was pretty much my good TAKS day. But what i think is stupid is that they made us come on friday at 2:00. What was the point, we could of come in the morning for at least an hour or not come at all. Doesn't matter i still had fun on that day because i got to go to Church ( Iglesia de Dios 7o Dia ) its located on Melbourn St. I got to teach little kids from ages 7-9 from 6pm to 9:30pm. And i got to see people that i hadn't seen in 5yrs because i moved from my previous church to the one i am in now. I know i hadn't seen this one guy for about 2yrs, but i didnt get to talk to him then because it was at his grandmothers funeral. Anyways i've known him since i was 5 yrs old and the last time he saw me i was 10. When i started talking to him that day he said he didnt recognize me because i didn't look the same as i did when i was 10. Even his mom said she didn't recognize me anymore. Anyways i asked him when he was coming back and he and his mother said that they would come once in a while. What was so good of that day was that i got to see an old friend slash crush. Well now that you know what happened on friday you can leave me alone. Just Kiding.

O Brother Where Art Thou

Sorry i couldn't blog sooner. My computer is crazy this is my second time writing this. Uh i hate that i have to write what i had already writen over.

Ulysses - Odysseus
Ulysses is the main character in the movie, his wife is going to get married to anohter man. Ulysses tries to get home but there is always something that stops him.

The man with the Shades - Posideon
The man with the shades is shown with fire reflected in his sunglasses. Its ironic becasue Posideon was the lord of the water. The man with the shades keeps impeading Ulysses to get home.

Ulysses wife - Penelopeia
Ulysses wife is about to get married to another man until Ulysses comes along and stops her. She told her daughter that he was hit by a train even though she kinda knew where he was.

3 girls - Sirens
The girls are the sirens because they sing and they seduce the men. Its funny that they thought that the girls turned that guy into a toad.

The blind guy - Homer
the bling guy is Homer becsause Homer was said to be blind. Also because he made Ulysses and the other guys famous. He told their story and made their song famous. The sogy bottom boys were very famous.

Thats all i have to say. Sorry Mr. Locke, I didn't get to blog sooner. I know, no excusses. My computer crashed and today i was gonna publish my first try at blogging but i dont know what happened it didnt publish it so im doing it again. i hope it publishes this one.

The Odyssey

So i thought that the book was great. I liked that in chapter XIX, Odysseus was dressed up as a beggar and was in his house and Penelopeia told the nurse to wash Odysseus feet not knowing who he was. " All this passed through the mind of Odysseus, as the old nurse touched him with the palm of her hand and felt the scar. She knew him." (222) " Both joy and sorrow filled her heart, the tears rose in her eyes, her voice chocked." (222) I like that after so many years the nurse still remembers him because of the scar.

I feel sorry for Penelopeia because she has been alone for twenty years and has had to keep herself together, while having men in the house who keep eating your food everyday.That is why the contest of the bow comes in, the leader of the sooters thought it was easy but it wasn't and he was the first to die. " Then he let fly the arrow right at Aninoos." (243) So Odysseus killed him the arrow which hit him in the throught.

Then later after that came the battle in the hall, Odyssus killed everyone except for two men. Then he hung the women that conspired against him, he said it looked like " trushes or doves caught in a net when they come to roost in the bushes." (252)

In the end Odysseus and his wife get together and Penelopeia test him to be sure it is really him. The test of the bed. Odysseus says " It would be difficult to move my bed for the best workman, unless god himself should come down and move it. I made it myself, and no one else touyched it. There was a strong young olive tree in full leef growing in an enclosure,the trunk as a thick pillar....." (257)

I liked the book and hope we get to read another one similar to it. Bye.

My Weekend

My weekend was pretty good. On friday I went to my aunt's house to make some Tamales, man were they good. I know i know, your thinking oh my god she can cook, yes i can cook. Anyways as i was saying, we made Tamales but i didn't get to eat any of them until Saturday afternoon because i had to go to my house and clean as i normally do. On Saturday night i watched a holocaust movie in my church with some of my youth group friends. Then i went to my aunts house for a supposedly sleep over party. Even though the sleeping part came a little to soon. My aunt made us turn off the lights and go to sleep like around 11 O'clock, but of course i couldnt fall asleep. So instead of sleeping i listened to my cousins cd player until the bateries died out around 4 o'clock in the morning. Then i slept on the cold very hard floor. I woke up around ten and was sore, my ribs, my back, and my shoulders still hurt. Then i went home cleaned the house again and washed my clothes and went to the store. Then on Monday i washed my parents clothes. Watched some TV, not really because there was nothing good on until 2:00 p.m. on channel 23. My novela comes on and thats pretty much all that i watch. I know it sounds boring to you guys but this was probably the best weekend i have had in these last couple of months. I dont get out much beacause my parents wont let me go anywhere without them tagging along. So i dont go anywhere instead. Alright that was my weekend how was yours?

The Odyssey

The Odyssey is a really cool book. Its mostly about a guy named Odyssius who has fought in the Trojan War and is trying to get home. As much as he tries he fails because his men get in the way.

In chapter 9, they meet the lotus eaters, Odyssius men eat some of the lotus flowers and dont want to go home. " 'As soon as they tasted that honey-sweet fruit, they thought no more about coming back to us with news, but rather stay there, and say goodbye to home.' " (102) Then they meet a Cyclops who keeps them as prisoners but Odyssius soon thinks of a plan to escape. He finds a pole hides it in poop then heats the point if the pole and stabs the Cycloped in the eye. He then ties himself and his men under the Cyclop's sheep.

In chapter 11, Odyssius is in the Land of the Dead. He talks to dead people and his mom. He asks her how she died. " ' But do tell me, really and truly, what the cause of your death? how did you die? ' " (127) In my perspective its kinda weird to think of asking someone how they died but i think i'd ask a loved one the cause of their death too.

In chapter 12, Odyssius is with Circe and she warns him of the things he will see and what he must chose. He is warned of the sirens. He msut get his men to tie him to the ship's mast. The men must not listen to the sirens but if Odyssius asks to be let loose they msut tie him tighter. " ' Tell them that if you shout out and command them to let you loose, they must tie you tighter with a few more ropes. ' " (139) And then she warns Odyssius about two routes in which he must chose. He has to chose wether to go through a route with a monster that is sort of a whirlpool or meet a moster with six heads. Either route he will lose most of his men.So he msut chose the best one.

So far the book is pretty good. Even though sometimes i think that Odyssius men should stop being selfish and trust Odyssius and not question his commands and not go against his accions.

Hello how you all doing? So about the PSAT test how many of you are getting nervous about passing the reall one. Im pretty sure i can pass it if i try hard enough. Im sort of bummed out that my score was sort of in the middle of the hole nineth grade score. I think i could have done better if i hadn't gotten nervous. Ussually when it comes to tests i dont do very well, and its not becasue i dont know the material that im taking it on but that i get nervous and excited that it ruins my concentration. If people watch me when i take a test they will surely see that i get nervous because i start moving my feet and going through the test really quickly. My teachers ussaully tell me not to do that but i do it anyway because i cant help it. So moving on, ow many of you guys other than me like the Odyssey? I like it a lot, I've been waiting to read it, I know you may be asking why i haven't read it if i have been eager to read it, well its because i wanted to read it in class. And yet were not reading it in class but i know other people are reading it and it makes me feel like if i have a question i can ask them. (right?) Anyways i got ot go now. See you all later.

William Shakespear

The film of William Shakespeare was a bit on the notty side. I didn't know he was a player. Will fell in love with Lady Violet Delesups or Jesups. (whatever) Violet likes plays and wants to be a player, in other words, an actor but she is not alowed to be an actor because she is well born and because she is a woman. Will and Violet met when she dressed up like a boy to play the role of Romeo in the play that was supposedly called " Romeo and Ethel the Pirates Daughter" but was in the end called " Romeo and Juiet. "

Christopher Marlo is sort of Will's rival in the play righter world. Christopher Marlo is a play righter that is well known but he doesn't right plays as good as Will.

Violet parents went out of town and will and violet where left alone in the house for about two weeks so you might have guessed what im gonna say so im not gonna say it. Then, violet and wesix were to be married in two weeks but she was in love with will and had already slept with him. So she felt bad becasue she didn't want to marry a man she doesn't love.
What is weired is that when violet was sent to see Queen Elizabeth. The queen could tell what violet had done and told Wesix what she had done. But Wesix didn't know it was Will he thought it was Christopher Marlo.

Burbage is a very horny old guy. Everytime that he came on he was doing his business with some girl. Right away you could tell that he is horny. Its funny though. Anyways Burbage own a theatre and told Will that he could do his play in his theatre because Will's play had been canceled becasue they found out that there was a real woman in the play. So they had tried to cancel it but in the end couldn't stop it from going on. The paly came out alright, Violet got to act out as Juliet istead of Romeo. She was pretty good at it too.

The movie pretty much ended pretty good eventhough both Will and Violet were married but not to each other. Wesix lost the bet that he had made about a play not being able to show the true meaning of love. Oh and Violet didn't get in trouble with the Queen Elizabeth for acting. The queen was sympathetic towards Violet because the queen knows about doing what is normally a man's job.

So i hope you guys liked the film as much as i did. Well it was alright, I know the guys wished they had seen more of the sex scenes than anyone did. I got to go now.

Hey you guys what's up? Nothin much in my world. Excuse the long time you've waited to read some of my wonderful written thoughts. So i did my R&J Project on Tuesday, it sort of went well even though it could have gone better if we had practiced more than just a couple of times. We only practiced like two times and always someone was missing. I think we got lucky in pulling it off. At first i got really nervous, i thought i was going to throw up because i have stage fright and i defenetly do not like being filmed. I repeat I do not like being filmed. But in the end it all went well. So how did yall's Valentines day go, mine was ok, i got to go to Methodist hospital on a fieldtrip. I got to be with the resperatory department. It was boring at first but then Diana and I got to go to the top floor (the 11th floor) to see baby's. We got to see how they test the baby's hearing. It was all good. I thought it was fun but of course i think everything is fun becasue i don't get out much. (my parents wont let me go anywhere, well mostly my dad, hes very overprotective, that's why we didn't get to practice our scene very much.) Romeo and Juliet

Hello guys. So lets cut right to the chase. I like Romeo and Juliet but i think that the family's should have put their differences aside so that nothing bad would have happened.

Act 4 scenes 1-5

Friar Lawrence says " I would I knew not why it should be slowed.--(16) I think that if Friar Lawrence would have made Romeo and Juliets marrage public sooner things wouldn't have ended up with so many deaths.

Paris is sort of desperate because he keeps pushing Juliet to marry him, " Happily met, my lady and my wife." (18)

I like the way that Juliet told Paris off. "If i do so, it will be of more price, being spoke behind your back, than your face." (28-29)

" Chain me with roaring bears, or hide me nightly in a charnel house, o'ercovered quite with dead men's rattling bones, with reeky shanks and yellow chapless skulls." I like that Romeo granted Paris's last wish to be put next to Juliet. "lay me with Juliet." (73)" In faith I will." (74)

Capulet tells Montegue " O brother Montegue, give me thy hand. This is my daughter's jointure, for no more can I demand." (306-308) I thought finaly there making piece.But then Montegue says, "But i can give thee more, For i will ray her statue in pure gold, that whiles Verona bt that name is known, ......" (309-311) In the end after competing on what they will give each other they make peace.

The Prince couldn't punish anyone because everything was even.

After all this drama i cant wait till we read another one of Shakespeare's books. 'Till then see you guys on the fip side.

Guess What?

I'm hurt physically because today my mom made me go with her to the post office and i was clossing the car door and i didn't move my hand (pretty stupid huh) and my thumb got slammed between the door. It hurts so bad but i didn't cry, I started laughing because it hurt and it quickly got numb. I keep messing with it but it hurts so much. I can barely write let alone type. Well im dumb don't you think? Thats a retorical question!!!! Anyways hope you get to see my numb, swollen thumb tomorrow. Try not to make fun.....

Wuts up?

wutz up you guys? Im wealling to bet that no one likes reading my blog because its boring. I bet that no one is willing to post comments because they dont know what to comment. Anyways i have nothing to do right now but reherce my lines for Romeo and Juliet. Its going pretty well but im worried that i will forget some of my lines and that i wont be a good actor. Im not a very dramatic person. I think im gonna need help on acting more then i need help memorizing my lines. Im gonna stay tommorow for tutoring to practice but my dad is in suspicion if im really gonna practice. I dont know what i did to make him doubt that i will be in class rehersing. That sometimes gets on my nerves because he wont let me go anywhere and doesn't let me talk on the phone or even email my friends or even my cousins. He thinks their a bad influence. I got to go.

Romeo and Juliet

I like the Romeo and Juliet book, but its sometimes very hard for me to understand what they are saying. Like the puns, when I read them I don't really get them. I understood this one because it was obvious, Sampson says "My naked weapon is out."(34)
I like when sampson says "I will bite my thumb at them, which is disgrace to them if they bear it." (43) and then Abram asks him if he bites his thumb at them and Sampson backs away. i thought that was very cowardly.

I felt sorry for Romeo when he likes Roseline but she doesn't want anything with Romeo. Romeo tells Benvolio that he is "a sick man in sadness makes his will--- a word ill urged to one that is so ill. In sadness, cousin, I do love a woman." (210-212) "Well in that hit you miss. She'll not be hit with Cupid's arrow. She hath Dian's wit, and, in strong proof of chasity well armed, from love's weak childish bow she lives uncharmed..." (217-219)

I like Benvolio because he always tries to make peace with the people around him. Like when the fight occured between Tybalt, Romeo, and Mercutio. Benvolio desribes the scene of the crime and how it happened. " Tybalt, here slain, whom Romeo's hand did slay. Romeo that spoke him fair, bid him bethink how nice the quarrel was, and urged withal your high displeasure...." (160 ) I like that Benvolio could have lied and said that Tybalt and Mercutio killed themselves and not told that Romeo was involved but he prefferd to tell the truth.

I dont like Lady Capulet because she doesnt show motherly love. She practically gave Juliet away to the Nurse. In the way that the Nurse was the lady who fed and took care of juliet. " For i had then laid wormwood on my dug, sitting in the sun under the dovehouse wall. My lord and you were then at Mantua." (28-30)

Juliet is a very smart young girl and if i were her i wouldn't let my parents force me to marry a guy that i barely now and that im practically in love or in her case married with another guy. I would have told my parents because if my parents really loved me they would accept it and not care about what other people think. " Marry, my child, early next thursday morn the gallant, youg man, and noble gentleman, The County Paris, at saint Peter's Church shall happilly make thee a joyful bride." (116-120)

I like that Lord Capulet is thiughtful in wanting to give his only child the happiness that she needs, but trying to force her to be wed to a guy she hardly knows, i think is kida thoughtless. "I tell the what: get thee to Church o' Thursday, or never after look me in the face." (167-168)

That's what i think of this book right now, i may change my mind later. I got to go now. I hope your bored of reading my dull comments on Romeo and Juliet. OH and Mr. Locke i did post a comment on broters of fate but i still know nothing about this person because ive never met him before. I havent even heard anyone speak of him.

My days

Hey guys whats up? Me nothin' just chillin' . Well i got to say something but i dont know if it will make you guys think im wired. But ill go ahead and tell ya'll. Well i've been feeling very okward because one minute i feel sad and then the next i feel happy. Manuel made a word up for what im feeling, he called it sappy.It means sad and happy for the slow people out there. Anyways ive kinda noticed that my feelings rub off on people. When im hypper my close friends get hyper too. When im sad they get sad too. Sometimes i think its cool but then when we all feel sad theres no one to cheer us up. I think all this emotional stuff comes from the stress ive been in, i hardly get enough sleep. I dont want to get into detail of what im stressing over, but lets just say its troubling me. Anyways to move off of me and on to other people. (Mr. Locke who is brothers of fate? i liked one of the posts that he made; it really caught my attention...) Anyways i just made you read this for no good reason. I got to go now.

Great Expectations

Here's a sentence that i think summarizes what Pip feels about his whole life. "When I woke up in the night like - Camilla - I used to think, with a weariness on my spirits, that i should have been happier and better if i had never seen Miss Havisha's face, and had risen to manhoodcontent to be partners with Joe in the honest old forge." (pg. 302)

I think that Pip has a point because if he had'nt met Miss. Havisham he would have grown updifferently. But i truly believe that no matter if he was a rich person or a poor person he would have still been wishing something in his life would'nt have happened.

" o the many nights and days through which the unquiet spirit within me haunted that housewhen Estella lived there! Let my body be where it would, my spirit was always wandering, wandering, wandering, about that house. (334)
This reminds me of the typicall lovesick teenager, but Pip is'nt a teenager anymore.

" 'It's all right, dear boy!' said Provis coming forward, with hiss little clasped black book, and then addressing himself to Herbert. 'Take it take in your right hand. Lord strike him dead on the spot, if you split in any way sumever. Kiss it!' "(375)
This confused me because Provis hasn't even talked to Herbert and already he's making Herbert take an oath as if he were on trial or something.

" ' I am not a going to tell you short and handy, i'll put it at once into a mouthful of English. In jail and out of jail, in jail and out of jail, in jail and out of jail.' "(382)
This has made me wonder what he's been doing all this time that has gotten him in jail so many times. It's very hard to imagine someone in jail so much who has helped someone else become a gentleman or even have money at all.

" ' It seems,' "said Estella very calmly," 'that there are sentiments, fancies----I don't know how to call them----which I am not able to comprehend. When you say you love me, I know what you mean, as a form of words; but nothing more. You address nothingin my breast, you touch nothing there.' " (400)
I would have been heart broken if someone ever told me that.

Anyways that is all I have to say right now. What do you think Mr. Locke was that nice for Estella to clear that out for Pip?

Great Expectations

So I've been reading Great Expectations and I'm almost finished. I have past the part where Pip found out that his convict is the one who made him a gentleman. He is upset because he thinks that he's been living in a lie. He is in debt with the convict because the convict has been working in order to create Pip into a gentleman.

I belive that Pip, in a way, should be greatful that the convict has made him who he is. Even though he has been desieved in beliveing that it was Ms. Havisham who did it. I feel sorry for Pip because he loves Estella so much but she does not love him back. She is going to get married to Drummle, the person that Pip despises.

What do you guys think, should Pip forget about Estella and try to repay the convict's good efforts in creating Pip into a gentleman? That is what i believe that Pip should do, but of course the book has been written and i'll have to find that out later.

Mr. Locke what do you think is a better ending, the old ending or the new one?

To answer Mr. Lockes qusetion. Yes i believe Pip should stay at it because in the end i believe that he'll sort of kinda get her attention and maybe even her love. Im almost finished with the book, i just got to read 20 something more chapters.
Anyways about the book, well ive past the part where he meets up with the guy that he fought one day he was in the Havisham house, they became best friends and live in the same house. Pip has a guy who helps him manage his money and even helps Ms. Havisham manage her money too. Pip goes to pubs with his best friend and Pip helps out his best friend by counting and making an estimate of how much money they have spent and figure out if their in deb. Then later on Joe, Pips old best friend and brother in law, comes to visit. He tells him about Pip's sister and about Biddy. Then after Joe left home Pip went zback to his old town to visit. He then goes to Ms. Havisham's house and Pip sees this gorgeous young lady, which was Estella, and then sees, the old lady, Ms.Havisham who is still in her yellow wedding dress with only one shoe on. Ms. Havisham tells Pip to love Estella.Then Estella goes on a walk with Pip in the garden and they remember some of the things they did a long time ago. Pip leaves the house and goes back to london and gets a letter from Estella saying she is going to go live near there and neads Pip to take her there because Ms. Havisham said she needs to be accompanied by him.

Great Expectations is a good book about a young man who started off poor and later became a gentleman and fell in love with a young lady named Estella. Estella was adopted by a woman by the name of Ms. Havisham. Estella was cruel and hartless when it came to, the young man, Pip's feelings. Pip later on moved to London to become a gentleman and experience life there.
